Cidamaa ("we", "us") operates this website and related services for managed rentals, serviced stays, PG/co-living, NRI property care and home services, launching first in Kochi, Kerala, India. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

When you send an inquiry, request a shortlist, book a service or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, city or preferred areas, budget preferences, and the content of your message. If you browse the site, we may collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated, cookieless traffic statistics; advertising analytics load only after consent.
3. How we use your information
We use your details to respond to your inquiry, arrange property visits, provide shortlists, book and deliver services, verify listings and users, improve our website, and — only if you consent — send you updates about our services. We do not sell your personal information.
4. WhatsApp and phone communication
By sharing your phone number you agree that our team may contact you by call or WhatsApp about your specific request. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

We share your details only with the people needed to fulfil your request — for example, a property owner whose home you asked about, or a verified service professional assigned to your booking — and with service providers who help us run the platform (such as form delivery and analytics providers). We may disclose information if required by law.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated website traffic without third-party cookies. If configured and accepted through the consent banner, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may also be used to measure advertising and may set cookies.
