1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Cidamaa website and services — managed rentals, serviced stays, PG/co-living, NRI property care and home services. By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
2. What we do
Cidamaa connects customers with verified rental homes, stays and home-service professionals, and provides property management services to owners. Listings, prices and availability shown on this website are indicative and subject to confirmation by our team before any agreement is made.
3. No brokerage promise
Where we advertise "no brokerage", it means customers are not charged a traditional broker's commission for the covered service. Any fees that do apply will be communicated clearly and agreed with you before work begins or a booking is confirmed.
4. Inquiries and bookings
Submitting an inquiry, shortlist request or service booking through this website is a request, not a confirmed transaction. A booking or tenancy becomes binding only when confirmed by our team and, where applicable, a written agreement is signed and payment terms are agreed.
5. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate contact details and requirements. We may decline or cancel requests that appear fraudulent, abusive or unlawful.
6. Verification
"Verified" means we have performed reasonable checks on a listing, owner or professional (such as document, identity or site checks). It is not a guarantee; you should always exercise your own judgment before entering an agreement.
7. Service professionals
Home services may be delivered by Cidamaa staff or by independent verified professionals. Prices shown as "from" are starting prices; the final quote is confirmed with you before work starts.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Cidamaa. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cidamaa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Kochi, Kerala shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
